摘　　要：休闲旅游度假这种特殊项目类型在中国还处在发展阶段,长白山度假区是目前国内总投资量、集中建设规模最大的休闲旅游度假区,建设在自然环境优美的风景区附近,有其特有的设计挑战和需求,通过核心区规划设计的探讨,对这类项目进行了有益的探索和总结,项目设计过程中,ECOLAND易兰设计团队依照可达性、生态性、实用性、参与性和趣味性的基本原则,进行了包括高档国际度假酒店群、度假小镇、国际会议中心、大型滑雪场、人工湖及配套服务等区域的景观设计,以及包括度假区入口大门等的建筑设计。Leisure and vacation resort this particular type of project is still in the early stages of development in China.The Changbai Mountain International Resort is the largest development of the type in China both in terms of initial investment and construction scope.Through introducing the design of the core area that recently opened to the public,this paper attempts to summarize and explore the design principals of such projects.The core area includes several high-end international resort hotels,tourist town center,international conference facilities,large ski resort,lake area and service area.The scope of design that ECOLAND Planning and Design is responsible for covers landscape planning and design for the core area as well as the main entrance gateway design and some architectural design.The design philosophy for the project is accessibility,sustainability,practicality,interactivity and appeal.
