摘　　要：我国教育规划纲要明确提出:"坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题",其核心是解决好培养什么人和怎样培养人的问题。就当前高校大学生思想道德素质开展调研分析,对如何提高大学生的思想道德素质进行分析探讨。China's education program outline puts forward clearly 'adhere to the people-oriented,comprehensive implementation of quality education is the education reform development strategic theme',its core is to solve the training what and how to cultivate people's problems.This article on the current university ideological and moral qualities of college students to carry out research and analysis,on how to improve college students' Ideological and moral qualities are discussed.
