播期对小麦产量及品质影响研究进展

摘　　要：选择适宜的播种时期是小麦高产优质生产的重要手段。通过大量的文献阅读,综述了播期对小麦产量和品质影响的研究成果,认为播期对小麦产量和品质有显著影响。随着播期的推迟,小麦产量呈现先增高后降低的二次曲线趋势,蛋白质含量则呈现逐渐升高的趋势。Choosing the suitable sowing date is an important way for wheat to achieve high yield and quality.By reviewing lots of literature,the research achievements about the influence of sowing date to wheat yield and quality were summarized.The results showed that the effect of sowing date on wheat yield and quality is significant.With the sowing date＇s delay,the yield will increase first and decrease then,which we call ＂twice trend＂,at the same time,the content of protein will increase gradually.
