摘  要:[目的]探讨家蚕品种ZHG×春54在云南省秋季气候条件下小蚕颗粒人工饲料育的效果。[方法]采用小蚕颗粒人工饲料育、大蚕桑叶育的饲养形式,探讨ZHG×春54在云南秋季气候条件下对颗粒人工饲料的适应性及其经济性状。[结果]ZHG×春54对颗粒人工饲料的摄食性良好,24 h疏毛率及192 h小蚕存活率等指标均接近菁松×皓月全龄桑叶育;但2龄和3龄起蚕率以及1~3龄眠蚕体重低于菁松×皓月,各龄及全龄发育经过比菁松×皓月延长。全茧量、茧层量、茧层率等指标不同程度高于菁松×皓月,但是万头产茧量和生命率低于菁松×皓月。[结论]ZHG×春54在云南省具有良好的应用推广前景。[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the rearing effect of young silkworm of ZHG×CHUN54 fed with pellet artificial diet under the autumn climate conditions of Yunnan Province.[Method] Young silkworms were fed with pellet artificial diet and adult silkworms were fed with mulberry leaves to study the adaptability of ZHG×CHUN 54 to pellet artificial diet under the autumn climate conditions of Yunnan Province.[Result] ZHG×CHUN 54 ingested well to pellet artificial diet and 24 h thin hair rate and the survival rate of small silkworm within 192 h were close to Jingsong×Haoyue fed with mulberry in the whole instars.But its infertility rate of the second-instar and third-instar larvae and the body weight of molter body in the 1st-3rd instars were lower than that of Jingsong×Haoyue.Each instar and the development progress of every instar of ZHG×CHUN54 were longer than that of Jingsong×Haoyue.The whole cocoon amount,cocoon-shell amount and cocoon-shell rate of ZHG×CHUN54 were higher than that of Jingsong×Haoyue.While,the cocoon yield of 10 000 silkworms and survival rate of ZHG×CHUN54 were lower than Jingsong×Haoyue.[Conclusion] ZHG×CHUN54 had good popularization foreground in Yunnan Province.
