摘　　要：在智能小区内建设一套公共广播与背景音乐系统,为小区的管理和服务提供高技术的智能化手段,给业主提供安全舒适的居住环境,具有积极和现实的意义。基于公共广播系统的设计原则、依据和要求,考虑IP网络广播的特点,提出了一种公共广播与背景音乐系统的优化方案。与传统的广播系统相比,该优化系统功能更强、音质更佳、安装更便捷。A system of public broadcasting and background music is installed , which offers high technical means of intelligence for the management and service of a community, and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for the community. It has active and realistic significance. The paper first introduces the design of the system index and the function requirements, then summarizes the digital IP network broadcast of characteristics and finally performs the design of the public broadcasting and background music system. This new design has many advantages comparing to the traditional broadcast system, such as more strong functions, better sound quality, and more convenient installation.
