强夯机起升速度慢故障的诊断与排除

摘　　要：两台强夯机做相同工况的强夯作业,起升时间几乎相差一倍。根据现场施工情况和强夯机的使用说明书,通过计算,确定所需起升时间长的强夯机为故障机,故障现象为起升速度慢。遵循先易后难,先观察后试验的原则对故障原因进行排查,对该型强夯机的液压系统进行分析,经过观察、检测及拆检,发现故障所在。通过更换梭阀上的破损O形密封圈,重装后试机,起升速度恢复正常,故障排除。Two dynamic compaction machine had been operating same heavy-load jobs but their raising time was different by nearly one time. When referring to their site operations and their operation manuals, plus computation thereon, we decided that the longer raising time impactor was in trouble as hinted by lower raising speed. And then, we arranged and classified the trouble cases and causes, with simple ones to deal with the first before the difficult one, and with observation the first to follow by a test. Therefore, we analyzed hydraulic system of the troubled impactor, and followed with observation, test, disassembly, and inspection, before finding out where the trouble was. Finally, we replaced a worn O-ring in the shuttle valve, reassembled the machine and found that its raise speed returned to normal, and finished the trouble shooting.
