摘　　要：在对信息和信息流概念分析的基础上,阐述高校基建工程管理信息和信息流的概念,并结合高校基建工程主要采取的两种管理模式,构建了与之对应的信息流模型。该模型反映了高校基建工程各参与方之间的信息流动过程,便于分析和查找信息延迟和失真的原因,有助于加强高校与上级主管部门和项目各相关方之间的信息沟通。Based on analyzing the concept of information and information flow,this paper illustrates the concept of project management information and information flow of infrastructure construction in universities,sets up an information flow model based on two main management models of infrastructure construction in universities.This model reflects the information flow status among different parties which involve in infrastructure construction in universities,and with this,it is easier to analyze and find out the reasons of information delay and distortion,and it helps strengthen the information communication between universities and the higher authorities or the construction units.
