摘　　要：在对泰勒的科学管理理论及标准化原理进行概述的基础上,以工程项目建筑施工图为对象,分析论证了对建筑施工图绘制时间进行标准化运作的可行性,并通过某公司在工程项目建筑施工图绘制中进行时间资源优化配置的实例,探讨了标准化原理在管理实践中的应用。On the basis of illustrating scientific management theory and standardization principle,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of standardized operation in construction working drawing.Taking a real time optimal allocation in the process of creating working drawings in a engineering project as an example,studies the application of standardization principle in management practice.
