摘  要:在静态条件下,试验研究了垂直单向流洁净工作台的截面风速对操作区风速均匀性、自净时间、引射作用及酒精灯火焰倾斜度的影响。结果表明,截面风速为0.2~0.5m/s时,风速不均匀度不超过0.20,自净时间小于30s,酒精灯火焰倾斜角度为40°~180°,引射作用客观存在,但其对操作区洁净度的影响不大,增大风速有利于削弱引射作用。Experimentally studies the effect of the cross-sectional velocity on velocity uniformity, cleanliness recovery characteristic, ejecting effect and flame slant of the alcohol burner under static conditions. The results show that for the cross-sectional velocity in the range of 0.2 to 0.5 m/s, the velocity relative standard deviation is no greater than 0.20, the cleanliness recovery characteristic shorter than 30 seconds, the slant of alcohol burner flame from 40 to 180 degrees, and though the ejecting action certainly exists, its effect on cleanliness class in working area can be ignored and the increase of velocity contributes to weakening the eiecting action.
