摘　　要：目的:分析急诊科和监护室医护人员的心理健康状况,比较实施压力管理干预措施后的效果。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对北京市5所三级综合医院急诊科和监护室的医护人员进行调查。2次调查期间,对干预组进行压力管理,对照组成自然状态。结果:三级综合医院急诊科和监护室医护人员的心理健康状况评分明显高于国内常模,且心理问题阳性率高;实施干预措施后,干预组与对照组在SCL-90总分、强迫症状、焦虑症状、敌对症状、偏执症状和其他症状存在显著差异(P<0.05),干预组优于对照组;对照组自身比较,SCL-90总分、敌对症状和精神病性症状间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),焦虑症状和其他症状间存在高度显著性差异(P<0.01),心理状况恶化。结论:三级综合医院急诊科与监护室医护人员的心理健康状况堪忧;压力干预措施有一定积极效果。Objectives： To analyze the mental health status of the emergency department and ICU medical staff, and compare with the effect before and after the stress-management intervention. Methods： Applied Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ） was used to investigate the emergency department and ICU medical staff in 5 tertiary general hospitals in Beijing. Stress-management was implemented in intervention group and no intervention in the control group. Results： The mental health status of emergency department and ICU medical staff in tertiary general hospital was significantly higher than the domestic norm, the positive rate of psychological problems was also higher. After intervention, there was significant difference in the total score of SCL-90, forced symptoms, anxiety symptoms, hostile symptoms, paranoid symptoms and other symptoms between the intervention group and control group （ P〈0.05 ） , the intervention group was better than the control group. Compared with the control group itself, there was significant difference in the total score of SCL-90, hostile symptoms and psychiatric symptoms （ P〈0.05 ） , high significant difference between the anxiety symptoms and other symptoms （ P〈0.01 ） ,the psychological status deteriorate. Conclusions： The mental health status of the emergency department and ICU medical staff in tertiary general hospitals is dismal. Stress intervention measures have some positive effects.
