摘　　要：目的:评价优化流程在手术室医院感染管理中的应用。方法:强化手术室工作人员的医院感染意识,完善与手术室医院感染相关的预防和控制流程,运用责任制整体护理模式管理护工,比较优化流程前后手术相关感染发生率以及手术患者和医生对手术室医院感染管理的满意率。结果:优化手术室医院感染管理流程后,手术相关感染发生率降低(P<0.01),手术患者和医生对手术室医院感染管理的满意率提高(P<0.05)。结论:优化手术室医院感染管理流程,可有效预防和控制医院感染的发生,并为促进手术患者的康复创造良好条件,是提高护理质量的重要方法。Objective ： To evaluate the application of optimized process in the operating room under hospital infection control. Methods ： To make the staff strengthen the awareness of hospital infection, and to improve the prevention of septic surgical hospital infection and control of processes, by the care workers＇ responsibility system for the integrated nursing management. The surgery-related infection rate and patient and doctor＇s satisfaction rate of operation room infection management before and after process optimization were compared. Results： After operation room infection management process optimization, the surgery-related infection rate was decreased （ P〈0.01 ） and surgery patients＇ and physicians＇ satisfaction rate increased （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions： The optimized hospital infection control in the operating room can effectively prevent and control hospital infection and favorably create good conditions for the rehabilitation of surgical patients. It is an important method to improve the quality of nursing.
