摘 要:全面、系统地开展新进人员岗前培训是医院人力资源管理工作的一项重要环节,新进人员岗前培训体系是一个动态、持续的体系,不仅需要建立岗前培训机制,包括岗前培训课程设计、培训形式、培训内容等,还需要建立对培训效果的评估机制。本文以柯氏培训评估模式为指导,在医院开展新进人员岗前培训的长期实践中探索,不断优化新进人员岗前培训体系。It is an important part for hospital human resources management department to carry out comprehensive and systematic pre-job training for the new staff. Pre-job training system for new staff is a dynamic and continuous system, which requires not only the establishment of mechanisms for pre-job training, including the design of pre-job training curriculum, the form of training and training content, but also requires the establishment of a mechanism for assessment of training effectiveness. In this paper, Kirkpatrick Mode was used as a guide to optimize the pre-job training system of the new staff by the exploration of long-term practice of pre-job training for new staff in the hospital.
