摘　　要：重点介绍了澳大利亚新南威尔士州以循证数据收集分析反馈为支撑的患者安全事件管理系统,及其组织管理、政策法规、机构设置、运行模式与管理流程等方面的内容。探讨了澳大利亚患者安全事件管理系统的特点和可借鉴的经验,以期在我国患者安全和医疗质量管理体系建设过程中引入循证数据技术支撑的理念,基于此理念提出构建组织管理模式、完善政策法规体系、倡导免责的报告与学习文化、建立数据信息收集系统,以及形成公开报告的交流与学习机制的相关建议。Evidence-based patient safety incident management system in New South Wales of Australia and its organization, laws and regulations system, the operation and management processes is introduced. The characters and experiences are summarized to help introducing evidence based data collection in building patient safety and medical quality management system in China. Based on the conception, suggestions involve organization management mode construction, policy and regulation system completion, non-punishment reporting and learning culture, information collection system and open disclosure and communication mechanism formation are discussed.
