摘　　要：系统介绍了澳大利亚新南威尔士州质量和安全管理与审查组织机构设置,考核标准制定与措施实施,以及基于绩效支付方式构建的监管与审查制度。在分析澳大利亚关于质量安全审查与监管成功经验的基础上,结合我国卫生体制改革实际,提出了其在医疗监管机构建设、绩效考核指标设立、考核流程规范、绩效支付审查等方面对我国公立医院改革的借鉴意义和启示。The organization structure, assessment method and implementation and performance based payment checking and inspection system on quality and safety management in New South Wales in Australia is introduced. Based on the successful experiences on quality safety checking and inspection and combining with health system reform in China, suggestions such as medical inspection department setting, performance assessment indictors setting, assessment process regulation and pay for performance on promoting public hospital reform is presented.
