摘　　要：目的:调查ICU患者转出困难的原因。方法:对医院ICU患者转出困难进行历时一年的实时调查,记录患者达转出标准到实际转出ICU的时间、增加的费用及可能的原因。结果:ICU患者转出普遍困难,约占此类患者的21.16%,与年龄、疾病呈正相关,伴ICU住院费用增长,因素涉及患者、医护人员、医院管理体制和社会因素四个方面。结论:建立单疾病类别/单病种医师协作团队和专业的护工队伍及与相关专业教育结合以解决ICU患者转出困难。Objectives： To learn the causes of difficult to discharge referral in ICU. Methods： The duration of up to discharge referral standardsto real discharge referral, medical expense and its causes were investigated in a year. Results： 21.16% to total ICU patients occurred difficult to discharge referral and it is a common problem. Age, severity of disease is positive correlation to difficulty discharge referral, Medical expense also increased during ICU treatment which related to patient, medical staff hospital management system and social factors. Conclusions： A single disease based joint team involves doctors, nurses, professional carets are considered to solve this problem.
