摘　　要：医院志愿服务通过工作模式、管理方式、运作形式、激励办法、建设思路五个方面的改变,实现持续发展,有利于提升医院品牌竞争力、增强品牌实力、塑造品牌形象、铸就品牌灵魂,进一步推进医院品牌建设。Voluntary service in hospital will achieve sustainable development through five aspects including the work pattern, management style, operation mode, incentive measures and constructive ideas. It can enhance the competitiveness of the hospital brand and create a better brand image to further promote hospital brand building.
