摘　　要：通过梳理狭义的社会责任,阐述承担社会责任是坚持并充分发挥公立医院公益性的重要表现形式。总结归纳某口腔专科公立医院承担社会责任的实践,明确医院应将发挥公益性列入发展规划,出台长效机制,加大宣传,拓展资源,广泛搭建合作平台,积极拓展社会责任形式,充分发挥公立医院公益性。By discussing narrow sense of social responsibility, It shows that social responsibility is an important form for developing public hospital＇s public welfare function. Practice of social responsibility in a stomatological hospital is summarized. It shows that developing public welfare should bring into hospital development plan, long term and effectiveness mechanism should established and publicity and resources should be strengthened and cooperative platform needs to be established to full develop public hospital＇s public welfare.
