摘 要:国内外许多学者对齿板连接节点进行了大量的试验研究,本文在已有试验研究的基础上,利用有限元软件,建立齿板连接节点的三维模型,对顺纹沿主轴方向节点的拉伸试验进行模拟。采用弹簧单元模拟齿板和木材的连接,分析齿板与木材之间的相互作用,得到节点的刚度变化趋势、极限承载力、材料应力分布状态等结果。在有限元模拟的基础上,对齿行列数、齿行列边距等影响因素进行优化分析,从提高承栽力和合理利用材料的角度,对齿板构型和尺寸优化提出建议。Many domestic and foreign researchers have carried on a large amount of experimental study on the metal plate connector. In this paper, a three-dimensiomal finite-elemnt model was developed based on the previous experimental research with the commercial software to simulation the tensile test of the connector which axis is parallel to grain and tension. The interaction between the teeth and wood is modeled using combin elements. The finite-element model predicted axial stiffness trend of the metal plate connected joint, ultimate bearing capacity, distrbution of stress and the force of the combin element. Numerical sensitivity studies were carried out to evaluate the effect of the number of row and rand. Based on the result of sensitivity studies, a series of optimum value are obtained which are beneficial to inhance the strength and conserve the material.
