摘 要:本文提出了一种基于内置电容耦合式感应电极测量管输油品电荷浓度的方法,有效地解决了接触式测量中的电荷泄漏问题,相对于外置电容的测量方法受外界因素影响更小,为管输油品静电电位的检测提供了一种更为有效的方法。建立电极在管道内的立体模型后,根据油品在管道中的起电规律设定模拟条件,运用静电模拟模块计算出了外电极捕获电荷量,根据电荷量与电容的关系,得出了内电极输出电势,由此可以得出电荷浓度与内电极电势之间存在依赖关系。This paper presents a method of measuring charge density of oil in pipeline by built-in capacitive coupling inductive elec- trode which can solve the leak problem of charge in the contact measurements effectively, and the impact of external factors is less than external capacitance measurements, providing a more effective measurement method for measuring charge density of oil in pipeline. After building the three-dimensional model of electrode in pipe, the amount of charge captured by the outer electrode was calculated by the elec- trostatic charge simulation module, according to the electrification law in oil pipeline to set simulation conditions. The potential of the inner electrode was obtained on the basis of the relationship between the amount of charge and the capacitance, proving that the potential of inner electrode and charge density were interdependent.
