摘　　要：中国保险市场的对外开放作为我国整体开放政策的组成部分 ,已成为大势所趋。如何面对开放 ,如何有效地管理 ,以促进我国保险业持续、健康、有序发展是当前研究的热点问题。本文从保险市场对外开放的动因出发 ,针对目前现状 ,对我国保险市场的开放与管理进行了策略研究。As a component part of our country' whole opening to the outsideworld,the opening to the outside of China's insurance market has become theirresistible trend. How to face the opening and how to effectively control soas to promote the sustainable healthful and orderly development of China'sinsurance industry has become the heat point nowdays. Beginning with thereason of opening to the outside of the insurance market , and aiming at thepresent situation, this article makes an tactic research on the opening andcontrol of our country's insurance market.
