摘　　要：进入21世纪，中日经济将会面临什么样的合作环境，这是引商投资加快中西部开发必须认真思考的问题。我们所能做到的，就是认真研究两国经济合作的模式，寻求两国优势互补，在“双赢”的基础上，加快中西部经济的开发与利用。What kind of coorperaive climate for the economy between China and Japan is a serious problem for us tothink about when the mid - west area is going to be opened up. What we can do is to study the coorperative pattemsbetween these two countries, and seek for the superior complementation between the two countries. On the basis of the'double victories', the steps of the mid - west economy development and utilization can be accelerated.
