摘 要:[目的]为培育旱冬瓜苗木提供可靠的理论依据。[方法]选择亚热带和热带的交汇处拥有气候类型丰富多样的景洪市普文镇作为试验地,对15个种源地收集的93个旱冬瓜家系进行人工实生苗培育。[结果]通过试验发现,亚热带种源地收集的种子,千粒重较大、苗木的生长情况较好;热带种源地收集的种子,千粒重较小、苗木生长情况较为缓慢。[结论]研究结果可以为良种选择、苗木培育、营造速生丰产用材林提供科学有效的依据。[Objective] The aim was to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the cultivate drought melon seedlings. [Method] Selecting Puwen Town, Jinghong City which was subtropical and tropical interchange with climate type rich diversity as the experimental field, tile artificial seedling cultivation on 15 provenances collected 93 pedigrees of Alnus nepalensis D.Don was eondueted, lResuitl The experiment result showed that. the 1 000-grain weight, larger seedling growth of the subtropical species source collecting seeds were bette~ and the tropical provenances collected seeds were small weight, with seedling growth relatively slow. [Conelusionl The result of the research could provide the scientific and effective basis for variety selection, seedling cultivation, developing the fast-growing and high-yiehl plantations.
