摘 要:利用157个家系组成的大关稻/IR28重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines,RIL)群体,采用高效引发稻曲病人工接种方法,以病情指数作为稻曲病的表型值,2009年在南京、扬州分别鉴定了亲本及RILs对水稻稻曲病的抗性,利用QTL Cartographer软件,对水稻稻曲病抗性基因进行检测分析。两个环境下共检测到qFsr1、qFsr2、qFsr4、qFsr8、qFsr10a、qFsr10b、qFsr11、qFsr12等8个QTL,分别位于第1、2、4、8、10、11和12染色体上,贡献率在8.6%~22.5%。其中,南京检测到qFsr1、qFsr4、qFsr10a、qFsr11、qFsr12等5个位点,扬州检测到qFsr2、qFsr8、qF-sr10a、qFsr10b、qFsr11等5个位点,qFsr10a、qFsr11在两个环境下均被检测到,对性状的解释率在18.0%~18.9%,使病情指数下降8.0%~14.6%,提高了抗病性,qFsr10a、qFsr11及其附近的标记可望在稻曲病抗性分子标记辅助选择育种中加以应用。根据加性效应方向,qFsr1、qFsr2、qFsr8、qFsr10a、qFsr11和qFsr12等6个位点来自抗病亲本IR28,增加水稻对稻曲病的抗性;qFsr4、qFsr10b位点来自感病亲本大关稻,降低水稻对稻曲病的抗性。A recombinant inbred line(RIL) population with 157 lines,derived from an inter-subspecies cross of Daguandao/IR28 by single seed descent method,was used to detect quantitative trait loci(QTLs) conferring resistance to rice false smut [caused by Ustilaginoidea virens(Cooke) Takahashi ] in Nanjing and Yangzhou.The disease rate index of two parents and 157 RILs caused by rice false smut were scored and the QTLs for rice false smut resistance were detected accordingly by QTL Cartographer software.Eight QTLs controlling false smut resistance were found on chromosomes 1,2,4,8,10,11 and 12,respectively,with the phenotypic variance of 8.6%-22.5%.There were five QTLs detected in Nanjing and Yangzhou,respectively,and only two QTLs were found in both two sites.The phenotypic variation explained by individual QTL ranged from 18.0% to 18.9% for the two QTLs,and the additive effects of the two QTLs contributed to 8.0%-14.6% decrease of disease index;therefore,the disease resistance increased.Six loci qFsr1,qFsr2,qFsr8,qFsr10a、qFsr11 and qFsr12 in IR28 alleles had positive effects against rice false smut,while qFsr4 and qFsr10b in Daguandao,negative effects.Both qFsr10a and qFsr11 could be useful in rice breeding for resistance to rice false smut in marker-assisted selection(MAS) program.
