摘  要:利用PCR技术对猪链球菌2型(SS2)江苏分离株的菌毛相关基因进行扩增,根据菌毛相关基因分布特点对菌株分型,并进行动物试验评估。结果 24株SS2中A型占70.8%,B型占29.2%。其中从病猪分离的13株SS2均为A型;而从健康猪扁桃体中分离的11株SS2 A型占36.3%,B型占63.7%。动物试验结果表明A型菌株的毒力强于B型。以上结论说明猪链球菌2型江苏分离株可以根据菌毛相关基因特点进行分型,并利用分型结果来评估菌株的毒力强弱及潜在危害性。The pilus-associated genes of Streptococcus suis serotype 2(SS2) porcine isolates from Jiangsu province were analyzed by PCR,and based on the distribution characteristics of genes,the strains were typed.The virulence of each type was detected through animal experiments.24 isolates were classified into two types: A and B,type A accounting for 70.8%,and type B,9.2%.The isolates from diseased swine were all classified as type A.Among the 11 isolates from tonsil of healthy swine,4 were type A(36.3%),and 7 were type B(63.7%).The experimental results on mice and rabbits showed that the virulence of type B isolates was weaker than that of type A isolates.It concluded that the SS2 isolates from Jiangsu province could be typed by the characteristics of pilus-associated genes,and the strength of virulence and potential harmfulness of the isolates could be estimated by pilus types.
