摘　　要：沈阳枢纽工程是哈大铁路客运专线的重要组成部分,建设过程中面临建设标准高、安全风险大、既有线施工等诸多难题。针对沈阳枢纽、沈阳站及沈阳北站的工程特点,探讨如何通过科学组织,强化管理,加强过程控制,在工程管理、运输组织、施工安全保障、质量控制等方面采取针对性的措施,实现工程质量和施工安全有序可控。Shenyang terminal project is the important component of HaDa passenger dedicated line. In the process of construction, it faced with high construction standard, high safety risk, construction of existing line and many other problems. Armed at the project characteristics of Shenyang Terminal, Shenyang Station and Shenyangbei Station, through science organization, strengthening management and process control, we takes targeted measures in engi- neering management, transport organization, construction safety and quality control, making the project quality and construction safety be orderly and controllable.
