摘　　要：分析了国内外实行的注册建筑师制度以及建筑设计服务现状,结合铁路客站的特殊性要求,论述了在建筑设计服务中,提高建筑的品质、安全与建筑师责任意识的紧密关系,以及建筑师在铁路客站设计服务过程中应如何树立正确的服务态度和具备良好的职业精神,同时对建设管理过程中如何做好设计服务、体现建筑师职业精神提出了建议,旨在提高今后铁路客站建设的品质和安全。Through the analysis on the registered architect system currently executed in China and abroad as well as the present situation of architecture design services and with the consideration of specific requirements of the railway pas- senger stations, the article proposes that the improvement of architecture quality and safety is closely related to the ar- chitect＇s sense of responsibility in the architecture design services and how does the architect establish proper service attitude and possess good professional spirit during the design process of railway passenger station. The article also gives suggestions on the relevant aspects of design services to be noticed and improved during the process of construction management in order to improve the construction quality and safety of future railway passenger stations.
