淫羊藿、女贞子配伍激素对哮喘大鼠ET/NO平衡的影响作用

摘　　要：目的研究淫羊藿、女贞子配伍糖皮质激素对哮喘大鼠ET/NO平衡的影响作用。方法在建立普通大鼠哮喘模型的基础上,给予腹腔注射地塞米松2周治疗,同时配合灌胃淫羊藿女贞子煎液,检测肺组织匀浆中ET-1、NO、NOS(分型)含量,并计算ET-1/NO、ET-1/NOS比值。结果哮喘模型组较正常对照组肺组织ET-1、NO、tNOS、iNOS含量均显著上升,但cNOS含量显著降低,ET/NO无显著改变,ET/cNOS显著升高。与哮喘模型组比较,激素干预组,淫羊藿女贞子组,淫羊藿女贞子合激素组ET-1、iNOS含量、ET/cNOS均显著降低;淫羊藿女贞子合激素组NO含量显著降低;淫羊藿女贞子合激素组、淫羊藿女贞子组的cNOS含量显著上升。结论淫羊藿女贞子配伍激素防治哮喘的作用与调节ET/NO(NOS)平衡作用有关。Objective： To investigate the effects of ET/NO adjustment of the combination of Herba Epimedii, Fructus Ligustrilucidi and dexamethasone on asthmatic model in rats. Methods： Asthmatic model was duplicated by OVA （ovalbumin） through sensitizing and challenging in rats. The injection of dexamethasone had been inject- ed into asthmatic model in rats for 2 weeks, compared with the same model in rats added oral administration of Epimedium and Ligustum lucidum. Levels of ET-1,NO,tNOS,NOS were investigated.And the ratio of ET-1/NO and ET-1/NOS was calculated. Results： Compared with the normal group,ET-1, NO,tNOS and iNOS content and the ratio of of ET to cNOS in model group were significantly higher,but eNOS content lower. Compared with the model group,the ratio of ET/eNOS and the content of ET-1,iNOS,in GC group,YN group and YN＋GC group de- creased significantly.the content of NO in YN ＋GC group decreased significantly. The content of cNOS in YN group and YN ＋GC group increased significantly. Conclusion： The effects of combination of Herba Epimedii, Fructus Ligustrilucici on asthma relates to adjusting the balance of ET/NO（NOS）.
