中医特色护理干预对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者近期生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医特色护理干预对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者近期生活质量的影响。方法将患者分为两组。观察组采用全程中医特色护理干预措施,对照组保持基础护理方法。观察4周,采用SF-36量表对患者治疗前后的生活质量进行评价。结果观察组SF-36量表的8个维度生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)的积分优于对照组。结论中医特色护理干预措施可改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的近期生活质量。Objective： To study the quality of life in patients with D-IBS by TCM nurse. Method：The patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the control group with based care. After 4 weeks, Life Scale assessment of SF-36 was used to evalu- ate Quality of life in patients before and after treatment. Result： The integration on physiological functions, physi- cal function, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in SF-36 in the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion：Chinese medicine care can improve irritable bowel syndrome quality of life of patients.
