摘　　要：目的通过对《传染病信息》2008—2011年载文关键词进行分析,力图探讨近年来传染病领域的研究热点和趋势。方法运用文献计量分析的方法对2008—2011年出版的《传染病信息》载文关键词进行统计和分析。结果《传染病信息》2008—2011年共发表论文499篇,出现关键词2376个,排名前10位的关键词分别为:HIV/AIDS、乙型肝炎(病毒)、肝硬化、肝衰竭、流感(病毒)、中医/中药、淋巴细胞、丙型肝炎(病毒)、结核病(菌)和传染病。历年出现频率最高的关键词是"HIV/AIDS"和"乙型肝炎(病毒)"。将肝病相关关键词合并计算,其出现总频率为24.36%～27.50%。结论通过对近4年《传染病信息》发表论文关键词的统计分析,在一定程度上提示近年来国内传染病研究领域的热点依然是肝炎和HIV感染,但新发突发疫情防控和感染免疫的研究正在成为新的热点,中医药的独特优势正在被逐渐认知。Objective To investigate recent research focuses and trends in infectious diseases by analyzing the keywords listed on Infectious Disease Information between 2008-2011. Methods Bibliometrics was used to analyze the keywords listed on Infectious Disease Information between 2008-2011. Results There were 499 papers published on Infectious Disease Information between 2008- 2011, with 2376 keywords in total. The top 10 keywords were as follows： HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B （virus）, liver cirrhosis, liver failure, influenza （virus）, traditional Chinese medicine, lymphocyte, hepatitis C （virus）, （Mycobacterium） tuberculosis and infectious disease. HIV/AIDS and hepatitis B （virus） appeared the most frequently during the 4 years. The keywords related to liver disease were grouped into a cluster, with the frequency ranging from 24.36% to 27.50% between 2008-2011. Conclusions Bibliometric analysis of the keywords listed on Infectious Disease Information between 2008-2011 suggests to a certain extent that the recent research focuses in infectious disease in China are hepatitis and HIV infection, emerging epidemic prevention and treatment and immunology of infection are becoming the new research focus, and the unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually acknowledged.
