军队医院功能定位对新疆生产建设兵团师级医院功能定位的启示

摘　　要：新疆建设兵团师级医院作为国家和军队医疗卫生行业的重要组成部分,长期以来与国家卫生事业的发展密不可分,新医改政策的全面落实对新疆兵团师级医院的发展是一次新的机遇,同时也面临着很多客观问题。新疆生产建设兵团师级医院可根据军队医院的经验和自己的特点,从医疗、卫勤保障、教学等视角进行功能定位。Heads of the hospital of Xinjiang construction corps is an important part in state and military hospital medical industry, for a long time and the state health development of the cause of the inseparable, new cure of the full implementation of the policy of xinjiang corps showed the development of hospital is a new opportunity, at the same time also faced many objective problem. According to the experience of the military hospitals and the self characteristics, Xinjiang production and construction corps hospital view function orientation from the medical treatment, medical security, teaching and so on.
