摘 要:目的比较督脉、胃经及其旁开的非经对照点的微循环血流灌注量。方法用激光多谱勒血流仪对33名健康成年志愿者督脉的命门、脊中、至阳、身柱4个穴位和十二胸椎1个非穴位,胃经的上巨虚、梁丘、阴市、伏兔4个穴位和阴市-伏兔中点1个非穴位点,及其两侧旁开的非经对照点进行观察。结果①督脉线下深部1 cm组织微循环血流灌注量较其两侧旁开非经对照点高(P<0.01);②胃经线下深部1 cm组织微循环血流灌注量较其两侧旁开非经对照点高(P<0.01);③无论是督脉还是胃经,经脉线下1 cm组织微循环血流灌注量均较其两侧旁开非经对照点高。结论经脉线下深部组织中的微循环血流灌注量高于两侧非经对照点,经脉线下微循环血流灌注量是形成循经红外辐射轨迹的物质基础。Objective To compare the microcirculation blood perfusion volume(MBPV) in the deep tissues of governor meridian,stomach meridian and their bilateral control points.Methods 33 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study.The MBPV in the deep tissues of Mingmen(GV4),Jizhong(GV6),Zhiyang(GV9),Shenzhu(GV12) and non-acupoint(on 12th thoracic vertebra) of governor meridian,Shangjuxu(ST37),Liangqiu(ST34),Yinshi(ST33),Futu(ST32) and non-acupoint(the midpoint between ST33 and ST32) of stomach meridian and their bilateral non-meridian points were measured by using a laser doppler flowmetry.Results Compared with its bilateral corresponding control points,the MBPV in the subcutaneous tissues(about 1 cm in depth) of governor meridian were significantly higher(P0.01),and the MBPV in the subcutaneous tissues(about 1 cm in depth) of stomach meridian were significantly higher(P0.01).Both the governor meridian and stomach meridian,the MBPV in the subcutaneous tissues(about 1 cm in depth) of the meridian were significantly higher than that of the bilateral control points.Conclusion The MBPV in the deeper tissues of the meridian were significantly higher than that of the bilateral control points,suggesting that the MBPV in the deeper tissues of the meridian may be the heat source for forming infrared radiation trace along the meridian in the human body observed in our past study.
