摘 要:目的制备榕树叶总黄酮胶囊并进行质量控制。方法用乙醇提取榕树叶中的总黄酮并制备成胶囊;用紫外法测定榕树中胶囊中总黄酮的含量,用转篮法进行溶出度测定,DPPH法评价其抗氧化活性。结果榕树叶胶囊中总黄酮含量为9.87%,在10.40~62.40μɡ/mL线性范围,45min时的累积溶出率为83.44%;总黄酮的浓度为0.080 mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基清除率为65.04%。结论榕树叶胶囊的溶出度符合要求,具有清除自由基的作用。Objective To prepare Ficus Microcarpa L.f.leaf total flavonoids capsule and seek suitable methods for its quality control.Methods The total flavonoids of Ficus Microcarpa L.f.leaf were extracted by alcohol,and prepared into capsules.The content of total flavonoids in capsule was detected by UV method,the dissolution rate of capsule was detected by basket method according to Chinese Pharma copoeia 2010 Appendix XC,and the antioxidant activity of Ficus Microcarpa L.f.leaf capsule was detected by DPPH method.Results The content of total flavonoids in capsule was 9.87%,the cumulative dissolution rate was 83.44% at 45 minutes when the linear range was 10.40-62.40 μg.mL-1.The scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 65.04% when the concentration ofthe total flavonoids was 0.080 mg.mL-1.Conclusion The dissolution rate of Ficus Microcarpa L.f.leaf capsule which has the effect of scavenging free radicals meets the requirement.
