摘　　要：目的了解南通市2002-2009年出生儿童的计划免疫基础免疫合格水平,综合评价计划免疫工作质量,为今后工作制定相应的对策提供科学依据。方法采用逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)法结合秩和比(rank sum ration,RSR)法,分析南通市2002-2009年出生儿童的计划免疫基础免疫合格率。结果从总体上看,南通市儿童计划免疫基础免疫工作质量呈现逐年上升的趋势,除2003年略微下降。各年份的计划免疫基础免疫工作质量可归为3档,2002-2004年出生儿童基础免疫工作质量最差,2008-2009年出生儿童基础免疫工作质量最好,各档间差异有统计学意义。结论南通市儿童计划免疫基础免疫合格率维持在较高水平且逐年提高,但政府仍需采取相关措施进一步提高儿童计划免疫基础免疫合格率。Objective To know the qualified rate of the basic immunization of children who born from 2002 to 2009 in Nantong City, to perform a comprehensive evaluation on the quality of the program, and to provide scientific basis for formulating corresponding countermeasures in the future. Methods Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS） method and rank sum ration （RSR） method were combined, to analyse the qualified rate of basic immunization of children who were born from 2002 to 2009 in Nantong City. Results Overall, the quality of children＇ s basic immunization was increased year after year in Nantong City except in 2003. The quality of children＇ s basic immunization in each year could be attributed to three grades, the worst was in the year from 2002 to 2004, and the best was from 2008 to 2009. There was significant differences in different grades. Conclusions The results showed that the qualified rate of children＇ s basic immunization in Nantong City is in a high level and increasing year after year. But the government still needs to take the measures to increase the qualified rate of children＇ s basic immunization further.
