摘  要:目的:评价强脉冲光照射对大鼠真皮胶原增生和皮肤中内质网分子伴侣(BiP/GRP78)表达的影响。方法:强脉冲光照射背部脱毛的大鼠皮肤共4次,每次间隔2天。取照射后第14天和30天的大鼠皮肤组织进行HE染色,测量其真皮厚度;并用碱水解法检测羟脯氨酸含量。取照射后皮肤组织,采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测BiP/GRP78的表达。结果:强脉冲光照射第14天和30天的大鼠皮肤真皮厚度明显增加,胶原纤维束增粗、密集,皮肤羟脯氨酸含量增加,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。免疫组化显示BiP/GRP78在激光照射后表达明显上调,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:BiP/GRP78在激光照射大鼠皮肤中表达上调与非磨削嫩肤治疗密切相关。Objective: To assess the impact of intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment on the proliferation of dermal collagen and expression of immunoglobulin binging protein/glucose related protein 78 (BiP/GRP78)in rats' skin. Methods: IPL was applied to irradiate rats' dorsal skins for 4 times at interval of 2 days after rats' dorsal fur was molted. On day 14 and 30 the rats' dorsal skin was taken to measure the thickness of dermis and collagen bundles under HE stain and to measure the hydroxyproline content by alkaline hydrolysis method after irradiation. The expression of BiP/GRP78 was measured by immunohistochemical method. Results: The dermis and collagen bundles were thicker and the content of hydroxyproline was higher in experimental rats' skin than those in the control group (P〈 0.05). The result indicated that BiP/GRP78 was up- regulated compared to the normal level (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The expression of BiP/GRP78 is up- regulated in rats' skin after IPL treatment, which may be related to non- ablative r)hoto rejuvenation.
