摘　　要：目的探讨无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗前置胎盘产后出血的应用。方法对2009年1月至2011年12月因前置胎盘所致的产后出血10例患者采用无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈进行治疗。结果 10例前置胎盘产后出血治疗均获得成功,无一例改行子宫切除。产后42 d回访,子宫恢复良好,宫颈外观正常,随访6个月,无宫颈粘连及狭窄发生。结论在前置胎盘所致的产后出血的患者中用无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈及子宫下段是治疗产后出血、并能保留子宫及生育功能的一种简便、快捷、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of clamping cervix uterus with toothless oval clamp in preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa.Methods Ten cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa were given the method of clamping cervix uterus with toothless oval clamp from Jan.2009 to Dec.2011.Results The treatment of 10 patients who sufferd postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta pravia got success,no case turned to hysterectomy.After the operation,the cervial recovered quickly after 42 days postpartum,the outward appearance of cervial was normal.During 6 months follow-up,there was no cervical adhesion and stenosis.Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa by clamping cervix uterus with toothless oval clamp can reserve uterus and function of fertility.It is effective,simple and quick,and deserve the clinical expansion.
