围绝经期妇女健康状况调查及治疗策略

摘　　要：目的调查郑州市管城区围绝经期妇女健康状况,探讨健康教育对策及保健措施,以提高妇女的健康水平及生活质量。方法采用统一调查问卷和分层整群随机抽样方法,对郑州市第一人民医院妇科门诊就诊的郑州市管城区632例围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查。结果围绝经期妇女85.8%有不同程度的围绝经期症状,人工绝经者症状严重;对激素替代治疗及盆底肌肉锻炼知晓率低,62.6%的围绝经期妇女希望获得围绝经期相关知识的教育和保健治疗需求。结论针对围绝经期妇女实施科学、实效的健康教育及医疗服务,以促进中老年妇女的身心健康,提高其生活质量。Objective By investigating and analyzing the perimenopausal women＇ s health status and health knowledge in Guancheng District, Zhengzhou City, to inuestigate related health education strategy and health care measure, in order to improve womeng health level and life quality. Methods A total of 632 perimenopausal women admitted in the gynecology department of the first People ＇ s Hospital of Zhengzhou, Guancheng District were investigated with a questionnaire and stratified random cluster sampling survey. Results randomly 85.8% of surveyed women had different levels of menopausal symptoms and the symptom of artificial menopause women wereat serious. The perimenopause women were low levels on cognition of hormone replacement thera- py and exercise of pelvic floor, 62. 6% of them were expected to gain the corresponding education of health care. Conclusion Scientific and effective health education and medical service in accordance with the weak points of health knowledge for perimenopause women contributes to a heightened physical and mental health for better living quality.
