摘 要:对 5 5名锰粉加工工人和 5 6名对照工人的某些肝功能指标进行了测定。结果表明 ,作业环境空气中锰尘MnO2 浓度几何均值为 1 96mg/m3 (0 17~ 2 2 2 4mg/m3) ,样品超标率 88 7%。接触组头晕头痛、睡眠障碍、容易疲劳和记忆不良的主诉率比对照组高 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)活性和麝香草酚浊度 (TTT)也明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。提示锰毒性早期不仅累及工人的神经系统 ,也可能损害到肝功能。The subjective symptoms,serum TPR,ALB,ALT and TTT in 55 milling workers exposed to manganese dust and 56 control subjects were examined.The results showed that the geometric mean of MnO 2 concentration in the air of workplaces was 1 96 mg/m 3 ,ranged from 0 17 to 22 24 mg/m 3 ,with the exceeding rate of 88 7% from a total number of 9 samples.The exposed workers,together with higher prevalence of subjective neurological disturbances such as dizziness and headache,insomnia,fatigability and poor memory,showed significant increase in serum ALT and TTT than those of the controls.The findings indicate that these biochemical alterations of liver function may be taken as the early sign of manganese toxicity besides the subjective neurological disturbances.
