摘  要:塔河油田奥陶系油藏由于埋深较深,所钻井都为超深井。从工程角度介绍了井眼不规则、砂桥、钻井液黏度过高、泥饼质量差、井内出稠油、井眼轨迹不好等造成超深井测井遇阻等原因;对电缆仪器吸附卡、掉块卡、键槽卡3种超深井测井遇卡原因进行了分析。通过有针对性地进行测井前井筒准备、改进和完善测井工艺等2个方面工作,使工区测井遇阻卡情况得到明显控制。减少测井遇阻遇卡的核心是抓好钻井过程的控制;改变仪器串连接方式必须保证井下仪器和电缆的安全。Because Ordovician reservoir is deeper, the drilled wells are ultra deep wells in Tahe oilfield. From engineering point, introduced are logging obstructing causes in ultra-deep wells, such as, irregular borehole, sand bridge, higher viscosity drilling fluid, poor quality of mud cake, heavy oil in wellbore, poor well trajectory, etc. Analyzed are three causes of logging stick- ing which are pressure difference, sloughing and key seating. By improving borehole cleanup and logging technology, the risk of logging obstructing and sticking is obviously controlled. Proposed are two solutions: The key to reduce the risk is to control drilling quality, and ensure the down hole tools and wireline safety when changing tool string connection mode.
