摘  要:分别以菌丝生长速率法和抑菌圈法测定了巨大芽孢杆菌B196菌株发酵滤液对18种植物病原真菌和7种细菌的抑制作用,发现该滤液抑菌谱较广,对供试的所有真菌均有抑制作用,对其中8种真菌的抑菌率在80%以上;对6种供试细菌有抑制作用,其中对水稻细菌性条斑病菌的抑菌活性最强,抑菌圈直径达到27.67 mm。以水稻纹枯病菌为指示菌,测定了B196菌株发酵滤液的酸碱稳定性、热稳定性、蛋白酶稳定性及紫外线稳定性。结果表明,发酵滤液在pH 2~8条件下抑菌活性没有明显变化;经121℃处理20 min,抑菌活性为原有活性78.43%;对胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和蛋白酶K均稳定,但对木瓜蛋白酶敏感;对紫外线稳定,在处理4 h后,抑菌率在80%以上。By means of mycelium growth rate and inhibitory zones method respectively,the antimicrobial activity of the cell-free culture filtrate(CCF) of Bacillus megaterium strain B196 on 18 plant pathogenic fungi and 7 bacteria was studied.The CCF displayed broad spectrum activity against all tested fungi with the inhibition rate on 8 fungi more than 80 %.Inhibitory effects of the CCF on the growth of 6 bacteria were also observed and strongest inhibition to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola was showed(inhibitory diameter 27.67mm).Through the research of stability of the CCF of B.megaterium strain B196 to acid,alkali,heat,protease and UV,the results indicated that the antimicrobial activity of the CCF against Rhizoctonia solani was stable at pH 2-8 and 78.43 % antimicrobial activity was still maintained after treated with 121 ℃ for 20 min.The CCF was resistant to trypsin,pepsin and proteinase K,whereas it was less resistant to papain.It had a stable activity to UV,and the inhibition rate of the CCF reached 80 % after four hours.
