摘 要:采用反复干旱存活法研究了CaCl2及多效唑(PP333)浸种处理对干制辣椒种子发芽率、发芽势和幼苗存活率的影响,探讨诱导提高干制辣椒苗期抗旱性的途径和方法。结果表明,10和20 mmol/L浓度的CaCl2溶液以及100 mg/L多效唑(PP333)浸种处理12 h的幼苗反复干旱存活率显著高于对照清水浸种处理,说明适宜浓度的CaCl2溶液或多效唑(PP333)浸种处理可以显著提高干制辣椒的幼苗抗旱性;不同浓度的CaCl2溶液以及多效唑(PP333)浸种12 h处理对种子的发芽率虽然没有影响,但发芽势显著降低,因此为提高苗期抗旱性,不宜直接作浸种使用。The germination percentage,germination energy of seed and the repeated drought seedling survival rate were studied after seeds was soaked with CaCl2 or PP333 by repeat drought methods to evaluate the role for enhancing the seedling drought resistance in dry chili(Capsicum annuum L.).The results showed that the repeated drought seedling survival rate of soaked with concentration of 10mmol/L or 20 mmol/L of CaCl2 and100 mg/L of PP333 under 12h was significantly higher than the control soaked with water,indicating that seeds soaking with a fitting concentration of CaCl2 and PP333 could increase the seedling drought resistance in dry chili.Although treatments had no distinct effect on the germination percentage of the seeds,but the germination energy of the seeds was significantly reduced.For enhancing the seedling drought resistance in dry chili,the way that seeds was directly soaked with the CaCl2 and PP333 was unfavorable,and some other treatment way could be considered.
