摘  要:设计了5种培养基配方,观察比较6株银耳芽孢菌株在这些培养基上的银耳菌丝萌发情况,筛选出能够较好萌发银耳菌丝的培养基。结果表明,2和5号培养基,芽孢生长没能够萌发成菌丝,特别是5号培养基,芽孢形态清淡,流动性强;1、3和4号培养基银耳芽孢形态呈粘稠状,部分银耳菌株芽孢能够萌发成银耳菌丝,较为合用于银耳菌种的扩繁和保藏。3号培养基用作银耳芽孢萌发成菌丝培养基效果明显。In order to select the culture mediums for Tremella mycelium germination,5 kinds of culture medium formula were designed,observed by 6 strains of Tremella yeast-like conidia strains in the culture medium of Tremella mycelium germination.The results showed that in No.2 and No.5 medium,yeast-like conidia growth failed to germinate the mycelium,especially in the 5 culture medium,the spore morphology of thin and strong liquidity was observed;No.1,No.3 and No.4 medium,in which Tremella yeast-like conidia morphology was viscous,parts of Tremella yeast-like conidia were able to germinate into Tremella mycelium,were more suitable for Tremella species propagation and preservation.Therefore,No.3 culture medium had obvious effect on Tremella yeast-like conidia germination.
