摘  要:通过对川芎快繁体系及愈伤组织诱导过程的影响因子进行了研究,结果表明:川芎组织培养最佳的取材季节为春季的4月份,最佳的外植体为茎节;NAA诱导愈伤组织的效果优于2,4-D;茎节愈伤组织诱导和分化的主要影响因子分别是蔗糖和6-BA;愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为:MS+NAA 1.5 mg/L+6-BA0.5 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L;愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L;碳源中蔗糖的效果优于葡萄糖;对茎节愈伤组织诱导和分化具有促进作用的最佳有机附加物质是浓度为450 mg/L的CH;生根的最佳培养基为1/2 MS+NAA0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L。The influencing factors were studied in the fast breeding system and the inducement process of callus for Ligusticum chuanxiong in this paper.The results showed that April was the best season to get experimental stuff of Ligusticum chuanxiong for tissue culture;the effect of NAA was better than that of 2,4-D;the main factors were sucrose and 6-BA in the inducement process of stem node callus;the best inducement culture medium was MS+1.5 mg/LNAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+40 g/L sucrose,and the best differentiation culture medium was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+20 g/L sucrose;sucrose was better than glucose in the carbon sources;the best organic additions was 450 mg/L CH;the best rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.5mg/LNAA+30g/L sucrose.
