摘　　要：思想道德素质与心理健康状况是影响大学生全面健康成长的重要因素,二者关系密切、互为条件。思想道德素质影响大学生的心理态度、情感体验和心理活动过程,是大学生心理健康的根本保障;而心理健康则制约着大学生思想道德素质的形成,影响其思想道德表现及其心理变化,它是大学生思想道德素质的重要基础。只有注重大学生思想道德素质和心理健康发展的内在关联,促进其思想道德素质和心理健康的良性互动,努力协调社会诸因素对大学生思想道德素质和心理健康的积极影响,才能不断提升大学生思想道德素质和心理健康水平,进而切实促进大学生全面健康成长。As important factors, ideological and moral qualities and psychological health conditions affect the comprehensive healthy growth of college students. The two correlate closely and are mutually conditional. College students＇ ideological and moral qualities influence their mental attitudes, emotional experience and psychological process, which safeguard their psychological health. On the other hand, mental health restricts the formation of university students＇ ideological and moral qualities, and influences their moral manifestation and the psychological change, which lay the foundation for the university students＇ ideological and moral qualities. Only by focusing on the intrinsic correlation between college students＇ ideological and moral qualities and mental health development, by improving the interaction between the ideological and ethical standards and the psychological health, by coordinating the positive influences of social factors on college students＇ ideological and moral qualities and mental health, can we effectively promote the comprehensive healthy growth of college students.
