摘　　要：目的:观察Intercept生物膜特效清洗剂在消毒内镜中的应用效果。方法:将使用后的内镜80例次随机分为两组,按照国家卫生部(2004版)规定的内镜清洗消毒规范分别用Intercept生物膜特效清洗剂(观察组)和普通酶洗液(对照组)清洗,观察清洗后内镜的喷嘴堵塞的情况及内镜清洗消毒后消毒灭菌的效果。结果:Intercept生物膜特效清洗剂清洗后,内镜喷嘴堵塞及消毒灭菌的效果监测均优于普通酶洗液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Intercept生物膜特效清洗剂是一种理想的内镜清洗剂,能有效的清洗祛除内镜腔内生物膜,明显提高内镜清洗消毒质量。Objective：To observe the effects of Intercept biological membrane cleaning agent in sterilization of endoscopic application effect.Methods：80 cases after endoscopic were randomly divided into two groups,according to the National Ministry of Health（2004 Edition） provisions of the endoscope disinfection norms respectively Intercept biofilm effects cleaning agents（observation group） and normal enzyme fluid（control group） cleaning,cleaning after endoscopic observation of the nozzle clogging and changes of cleaning and sterilizing endoscope after the disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring.Results：Intercept biofilm effects cleaning agents cleaning,endoscopic nozzle clogging,monitoring of efficacy of disinfection and sterilization are better than ordinary enzyme lotion group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Intercept biofilm effects cleaning agent is a kind of ideal endoscopic cleaning agent,can effectively remove the cleaning endoscopic endoluminal biofilm,obviously improve the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes quality.
