多功能头颅固定架及在麻醉中应用

摘　　要：本头颅固定架能够在气管内插管全麻俯卧位手术中良好地固定头颅。使用时根据病人头颅大小 ,适当调节颧骨支架间距 ,眉弓—下颌间距 ,双颞部固定防止头颅晃动。应用此架便于麻醉管理。The cephalostat can hold the patients's kull properly during tracheal intubation using general anesthesia in prone position.It can be adjusted according to size of different patient's head,such as the distane between malor holder,distance between superciliary ridge and lower jaw ,and fix both tempora to prevent head from swaying.Application of the cephalostat will facilitate anesthesia operation.
