摘　　要：媒介在时代变革中有着很重要的意义,张恨水在中国报业史中的公共舆论观对当时媒介舆论和现今都有一定的价值和意义。公共领域的发展,必须依靠疏离于统治权力之外的舆论对话场所,专制时代的张恨水在主持报业之时,他的报纸恰好提供了这样的场所,且其公共舆论具有伪政治疏离特征,其公共舆论观对今日的媒体从业人员也具有一定的启发意义。Media is important public opinion is significant for field, the public opinion should press industry, he created such significant for all press circles. both reforms of different times.
