摘　　要：迟发展效应具有正面效应和负面效应。以位于海峡西岸经济区核心区域的福建省为例,运用迟发展效应理论可以深入分析县域科技发展所面临的优势与劣势,进而根据迟发展优势理论提出加快县域科技发展的对策。The late comer effect has a positive effect and negative effect.Taking the core area of the West Coast Economic Zone in Fujian Province as an example,using late development theory can be in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of county in Fujian Province.The development suggestions of speeding up county in Fujian Province are proposed according to the late development advantage theory.
