摘　　要：我国农村金融制度历经数次变革,目前已基本形成商业性金融、政策性金融、合作性金融和其他金融组织相结合的金融体系,有效推动了农村经济的发展。但"三农"领域的资金缺口依然巨大,农村正规金融正在远离实体经济。如何深化现代农村金融制度改革,修正农村金融发展方向,成为当前农村金融制度建设亟待解决的问题。从十一届三中全会以来的农村金融制度变迁路径我们可以看出,制度变迁中仍存在诸多问题,所以要转变制度变迁策略,修正农村金融发展方向,建立和完善农村金融保障制度,进而深化现代农村金融制度改革。China＇s rural financial system has been basically formed combination of the financial system on commercial finance,policy finance,cooperative finance and other financial organizations after several changes.It effectively promotes the development of the rural economy.But rural areas of the funding gap is still large,informal finance in rural areas is far away from the real economy.How to deepen the reform of modern rural financial system,fix the direction of development of rural finance become to solve the problem.Changes of the rural financial system path has been sorted out since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee and we propose to deepen the construction of a modern rural financial system path.
