高校运动训练专业培养目标的定位与改革

摘　　要：培养目标的定位是高校运动训练专业教育的核心内容,也是教学运行的出发点和最终目的。高校运动训练专业的培养目标应向多目标方向转变,培养体育复合型人才及体育高级专门人才;培养目标要做到与时俱进,适应社会的发展,准确定位人才培养的规格,设置科学合理的课程体系。Position of cultivating objectives is the core content of sports training major,and is also the starting point and destination of the teaching operation.The training objectives of sports training major should be multi-target,sports training major can develop sport complex talents and sport advanced experts;Training objectives should do with the times,adapt to the development of society,and accurately locate the specifications of personnel training,set up scientific and rational curriculum system.
