上部叶采收方式对烟叶产量及品质的影响

摘　　要：研究了凉山烟区不同采收方式对红花大金元上部烟叶产量和品质的影响。结果表明,上部6片叶成熟后集中一次性采收和带茎采收烤后烟叶的产量和品质均优于常规采烤,其中,以打顶后65 d带茎采收处理表现最优,与对照相比,打顶后65 d采烤烟叶外观质量较好,可提高钾含量,降低淀粉含量,化学成分较协调,评吸质量高,中上等烟比例增加7.10百分点,均价可提高9.91%,产值可提高24.62%。This paper studied the effects of upper leaves picking methods on the yield and quality in Liangshan tabacco zone,Sichuan Province.The results showed that the method of concentrated upper picking leaves and harvesting with stalk was superior to commonly used picking methods and the havesting with stalk treatment at 65 d after topping was the best.Compared with the CK,havesting with stalk at 65 d after topping had more favorable quality,economic characters and chemical composition,the highest score of sensory evaluation and potassium content increased,starch content decreased,average price increased by 9.91%,ratio of the high and middle class leaf increased by 7.10%,and production value increased by 24.62%.
